Removethecabunitforstorageduringthewarmermonths.
PreparingtheMachineforCab
Removal
1.Movethemachineunderneaththecabhoist,shutthe
engineoff,andremovethekeyfromtheignition.
2.Chockthewheelstopreventthemachinefrommoving
duringtheinstallation.
3.Allowtheenginetocoolbeforeyoustarttheprocedure.
4.Draintheenginecoolant.
RemovingtheCab
1.Connectthecabhoisttothe4liftpointsonthecab
(Figure7).
2.Disconnecttheheaterhoses,installtheappropriate
dustcoverintothehoseends,andinstalltheengine
plugstotheports(Figure11)and(Figure13).
3.Removethebolts,thewashers,andthelocknuts
securingthecabtothemachine(Figure8).
Note:Returntheallofthehardwareyouremovedto
theoriginalmountinglocationintheorderthatitis
usedtosecurethecabtothemachine.Thiswillprevent
losingthemountinghardwareandsimplifyinstallation.
4.Raisethecabtoaheightthatwillallowyoutosafely
movethemachineawayfromthecab.
5.Movethemachineawayfromthecab.
6.Lowerthecabontoacarriertoallowyoutomoveit
toastoragelocation.
Note:Securethewiringharnessandhosestoprevent
damagewhenloweredorstored.Coverthecabto
preventdustanddebrisfromaccumulatingonitduring
storage.
7.InstalltheROPStothemachinebeforeoperatingthe
machine.
