Installation 2 1 Assembling the Frame Preparing the Machine Parts needed for this procedure: No Parts Required Procedure 1. Move the machine to a level surface, shut off the engine, and engage the parking brake. 2. If there are lights on the ROPS posts, remove the lights and mounting hardware from the ROPS posts (Figure 1). Note: Retain the lights and mounting hardware.

Procedure Note: Refer to Figure 1 as you perform the following steps. 1. Remove the pull pins from the ROPS and install the 2 bolts (3/4 x 4 inches), and 2 locknuts (3/4 inch). 2. Install the mount plate onto the floor panel with 2 hex-flange bolts (3/8 x 1-3/4 inches) and 2 flange nuts (3/8 inch). 3. Install the front mount base to the mount plate with 2 hex-flange bolts (1/2 x 1-3/4 inches) and 2 locknuts (1/2 inch). 4.
