Installing the Light kit to the Cab 1 1. Remove the bolts and nuts that secure the top of the headliner and set them aside (Figure 1). Preparing to Install the Kit No Parts Required Preparing the Machine 1. Move the machine to a maintenance workspace, shut off the machine, engage the parking brake, and remove the key. 2. . Insert the grommets on the wire harness into the holes that you drilled. 4. Use the existing hardware on the headliner to secure the light bracket to the headliner (Figure 4). Note: Do not use the nylon washer when you secure the bracket to the headliner. g315067 Figure 6 1. Wire-harness connector 7. Installing the Light to a 2 Post ROPS Extension 2. Remove the bolt, washer and nut from the light assembly and use them to secure the light to the bracket (Figure 10). Note: Ensure that your machine is equipped with the optional accessory-wire harness installed. Contact your authorized Toro distributor if your machine requires the accessory-wire harness. 1. Install the light mount to the bracket.

13. Install the roof onto the cab with the 22 screws previously removed (Figure 1). 14. Torque the screws to 10.1 to 12.4 N∙m (90 to 110 in-lb). Operation Operating the Light • Push the ON portion of the switch to turn the lights on. • Push the OFF portion of the switch to turn the lights off.
