Thedepthcontrolleverallowsyoutosetthedepthofthe
cuttingbladesin10cuttingpositionsalongwithoneposition
fortransportation.Toadjustthedepth,removethehairpin
cotter,pullthelockingpinout,andmovetheleverforwardor
rearwardtothedesireddepthsetting(Figure9).
Important:Donotpulltheleversidetosideasthis
willbendit.

SeedingRateGauge
Usetheseedrategaugetosettheseedowrate.Itis
calibratedwiththemachinespeedtogiveyouanevenseeding
rateatanyspeed.Tochangetheseedingrate,loosenthe
knobonthegaugeandmovethegaugepointertothedesired
position,thentightentheknobtoholditinplace.
