Every300hours—Replacethepaperairlter
(morefrequentlyindustyconditions).
Important:Donotoperatetheenginewithoutthe
airlterassembly;extremeenginedamagemay
occur.
1.Stoptheengineandwaitforallmovingpartsto
stop.
2.Disconnectthewirefromthesparkplug.
3.Removethecoverandcleanitthoroughly
(Figure19).
Note:Becarefultopreventdirtanddebrisfrom
fallingintothebase.

Avoidcontactingthehotengineoilwhen
youdrainit.

4.Placeadrainpanonthegroundtotherightof
themachine.
5.Removethedipstick(Figure20).
