2. Remove the single screw retaining the gear cover,

lift the front of the cover, and slide it to the rear

(Fig. 207).

1. Disconnect the deﬂ ector cable from the deﬂ ector

(Fig. 206).

3. Remove the single screw between the gear and the

chute (Fig. 208).

4. Remove two screws that secure the cable clamp

bracket and the chute support bracket to the chute

(Fig. 209). Leave the cable clamped to the bracket

unless the cable is to be replaced and set aside.
