Setup Note: Determine the left and right sides of the machine from the normal operating position. Installing the Upper Handle 1. Remove the handle knobs, oval bolts, and curved washers from the lower handle. 2. Adjusting the Discharge Chute and Chute Deflector Starting and Stopping the Motor 1. To start the motor, insert the interlock button (key), press and hold the interlock button (key), and squeeze the power control bar to the handle (Figure 10). To adjust the discharge chute, move the handle on the chute control rod in the direction that you wish to direct the snow stream (Figure 6 and Figure 7).
