1.Toengagetheauger/impellerdrive,squeezethe
righthand(auger/impeller)levertothehandgrip
(Figure31).

2.Tostoptheaugerandimpeller,releasetheright
handlever.
Important:Whenyouengageboththe
auger/impellerleverandthetractionlever,the
tractionleverlockstheauger/impellerlever
down,freeingyourrighthand.Toreleaseboth
levers,simplyreleasethelefthand(traction)
lever.
3.Iftheaugerandimpellercontinuetorotatewhen
youreleasetheauger/impellerlever,donotoperate
thesnowthrower.Checktheauger/impellercable
(refertoCheckingandAdjustingtheAuger/Impeller
Cable)andadjustitifnecessary.Otherwise,takethe
snowthrowertoanAuthorizedDealerforservice.
Iftheaugerandimpellercontinuetorotate
whenyoureleasetheauger/impellerlever,you
couldseriouslyinjureyourselforothers.
Donotoperatethesnowthrower.Takeittoan
AuthorizedServiceDealerforservice.

HoldthebluetriggercapdowntousetheQuickStick
tomovethedischargechuteandthechutedeector.
Releasethetriggercaptolockthedischargechuteand
chutedeectorintoposition(Figure32).

HoldthebluetriggercapdownandmovetheQuick
Sticktothelefttomovethedischargechutetotheleft;
movetheQuickSticktotherighttomovethedischarge
chutetotheright(Figure33).
