1.Cleanandinspecttherockerarmnuts,pivotnuts,rockerarms,andvalve
rotatorsfordamage.Replacetherockerarmassemblyifcomponentsare
damaged.
2.Inspecttherockerarmmountingstudsfordamage.Replacetherockerarm
assemblyiftherockerarmmountingstudsaredamaged.
3.Cleanandinspecttheguideplate.Replaceifcracked,worn,orbent.

1.Thoroughlycleanthecylinderheadtoremovecarbondeposits.
2.Inspectthevalveseatsforlooseseat,propervalvefacecontact,andproper
seatwidth.
G210–1ValveFaceContactTest
1.ApplyalightcoatofPrussianBlueorerasableinktothevalveface.
2.Insertthevalve,liftthevalveandsnapitclosedagainsttheseatseveral
times.
Note:Verifythevalvedoesnotrotateontheseat.
3.Inspectthetransferredmarkingcompoundforanyareaoftheseatthatis
notconcentric.
Standard:0.8mm(0.0315inch)
