•T oadjustthevalveclearance,loosenthelocknutwhileholdingtheadjuster

nut.Loosentheadjusternuttoincreasetheclearanceortightenthe

adjusternuttodecreasetheclearance.

•Oncetheclearanceisset,tightenthelocknuttospecicationwhileholding

thepivotnut.

Note:ThisenginehasAutomaticCompressionRelease(ACR)onthe

exhaustvalve.

IntakeValveClearance:0.13–1.17mm(0.005–0.007inch)

ExhaustValveClearance:0.18–0.22mm(0.007–0.009inch)
