1.Inspectthecarburetorandremovedcomponentspriortocleaning.Inspect

thefollowingcomponentsfordamageandreplaceasnecessary.

•Jetsandnozzles

•Float

•Airinletcircuit

•Bowlventcircuit

2.Usinganultrasoniccleaner,cleanthecarburetorbodyandtheremoved

components.

3.Rinseallofthepartswithwarmwatertoremovethecleanerresidue.

4.Usingcompressedair,dryalloftheparts.

5.Inspecttheoatforcracksordamage.Replaceifdamaged.

6.Inspectthejetsandnozzleforblockageofthesmallpassages.Ifblocked,a

smallsizedshlinecanbeusedtoclearthepassages.Asecondcleaning

cyclemayberequired.

7.Inspectthecarburetorbodyforblockedpassages.Blowcompressedair

throughthefollowingfuelandaircircuits:
