QUICKSTICK®Reassembly
1.Placethelatchspringovertheboss.Thestraightendofthespringshouldbe
downwiththehookedendfacingup.

2.Slidethelatchtriggeroverthebossuntilitisfullyseated,makingsurethat
thestoponthetriggerleverisabovethestoponthequicklever.While
holdingthetriggerleverinplace,rotatethehookedendofthespringuntil
ithooksunderthefrontedgeofthetriggerlever.
3.Rotatethecableuntilthebarrelttingslidesontothecablelever.
4.Installthelatchtriggerandspring.Liftthemetallatchpawlontothecable
leverhex.
5.Installthetophandleintoposition,securewith5screws.
6.Installthefrictionwasher.Slidethechutecontrolrodintoplace.Secure
withalocknutontotheshoulderbolt.
7.Installbothglobes.Securewith2screwsontherighthandsideofthechute
controlcover(thepartthatlookslikeaball).
8.Installthecapandscrewretainingthebluelevercap.

Note:Thecableclampmustbeinstalledonthechutecontrolrodorthe
cablelatchwillnotfunction.
1.InstalltheQuickStickontothecontrolpanel.Securewith3carriagebolts
andnutsonthechutecontrolrod.
2.Installthefrontcoverintoposition.Securewiththelatchtabsontherear.
3.Installthe2screwssecuringtheQuickStickcoverinplaceontheunderside
ofthecontrolpanel.
4.HooktheZ-bendandconnectthedeectorcablefromtheunderside.

ControlInterlockRemoval
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface.Stoptheengine,waitforallmoving
partstostopandremovethekey.
2.Disconnecttheaugerandtractioncablesfromthelevers.Ifthisisawheel
clutchmodel,disconnectthewheelclutchcables.
