Yearly—Inspectthetractioncableandadjustor
replaceitifnecessary.
Ifthemachinedoesnotdriveintheforwardorreverse
speedsoritdriveswhenyoureleasethetractionlever,
adjustthetractioncable.
Withthetractionleverdisengaged,checkthepin
intheelongatedslotintheleftsideofthemachine
abovethetire.Thereshouldbeagapof1to1.5mm
(1/32to1/16inch)fromthefrontoftheslottothefront
edgeofthepin(Figure39).

thefollowingsteps:
1.Loosenthejamnut.
2.Loosenortightentheturnbuckletoadjustthe
pinuntilitisthepropergapfromthefrontedge
oftheslot.
3.Tightenthejamnut(Figure40).
