2.Installthefrontofthecoverintoposition.Securewithascrew.

1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface.Stoptheengine,waitforallmoving
partstostopandremovethekey.
2.RemovethePhillipsheadscrewonthefacegearcover.
3.Raisethefrontofthecoverandslidetowardstherear.
4.Removethelocknutfromthebottomofthe3shoulderscrews(1/4-20x5/8
inch,5/16-18x11/2inch,and5/16-18x21/2inch).
5.Disconnectthelatchcablefromthecableanchor.
6.Raisethefrontofthefacegearandslidetowardsthechuterod.
7.Removethe(5/16-18x21/2inch)shoulderboltfromthechutegear.
8.Removethe2(1/4–20x1/2inch)screwssecuringthegeartothebracket.
Removethegear.
Note:Aplasticspacerisunderthebracket.
ChuteGearInstallation
1.Attachthechutegeartothebracketandsecurewith2(1/4–20x1/2inch)
screws.
2.Placethespacersideuponthesupporttube,thensetthegearandbracket
downonit.The(5/16-18x21/2inch)shoulderboltgoesthroughandis
securedwiththewasherandlocknut.
3.Slidethefacegearmountonthechuterod,ifremoved.Slidethefacegear
onthechuterod.
4.Thefacegearhasaribmoldedintoitandthechutegearhas2.Lineupthe
ribsandplacethefacegearmountontothesupporttube.
5.Installtheendofthelatchcableinthelatchandinstallthecableconduit
intothecableanchor.
