PreventingFreeze-upafter
Use
•Insnowyandcoldconditions,somecontrolsand
movingpartsmayfreeze.Donotuseexcessive
forcewhentryingtooperatefrozencontrols.
Ifyouhavedifcultyoperatinganycontrolorpart,
startthemachineandletitrunforafewminutes.
•Afterusingthemachine,letthemachinerunfora
fewminutestopreventmovingpartsfromfreezing.
Engagetheauger/impellertoclearanyremaining
snowfrominsidethehousing.RotatetheQuick
Sticktopreventitfromfreezing.Shutoffthe
machine,waitforallmovingpartstostop,remove
thekeyandthebattery,andremovealliceand
snowfromthemachine.
•Cleanoffanysnowandicefromthebaseofthe
chute.
•Rotatethedischargechuteleftandrighttofree
itfromanyicebuildup.
