Subject: Delavan Nozzles Discontinued

Situation: Delavan Industries is no longer in business. As a result Toro will no

longer be able to supply the Delavan Raindrop Nozzles used on sprayers

produced prior to 1998.

Part numbers 93-6428, 92-3977, 43082, 41088, 42828, 40444, 92-0027

and 93-0903 will be discontinued once current inventories are depleted.

Raindrop nozzles were used as standard production items on Open Boom

Kits 41020, 41021 & 41080 until 1998 production when the Turf Jet

Nozzles were introduced.

Correction: Once inventories of Delavan Raindrop Nozzles have been depleted, Turf

Jet Nozzles should be substituted as the replacement nozzle. All eleven

(11) nozzles need to be replaced as a set. These replacement nozzles

may be ordered from your Toro Distributor.

Turf Jet Nozzle charts are provided with this bulletin.

When installing Turf Jet Nozzles, the Nozzle Bodies may need to be

repositioned so that the Turf Jet Nozzles are at a 90° angle with the turf.
