Subject: Quick Couplers in the pressure circuit may unlatch
The Quick Couplers used in the pressure circuit of some spray systems do not include a
positive locking device and could accidentally unlatch while the system is pressurized. If
the Quick Coupler becomes unlatched, the contents of the sprayer tank will be
immediately expelled to the ground and may splash onto bystanders.
A replacement Quick Coupler with Locking Latch Pins, as shown below, is available for
installation at no charge through your local Toro distributor. ). DO NOT use non-locking
Quick Couplers in the pressure circuit. Contact your local Toro distributor for details
regarding this program.
