Subject: A capped vent may cause leaking.

The transaxle used on the Multi Pro 1200 and 1250 sprayers is vented to atmosphere

through a tube found at the right rear of the transaxle. During assembly this vent is

capped for purposes of cleanliness. The cap installed during assembly may have been

left in place which would plug the vent during operation. Leaks may result due to

excessive pressures caused by a plugged vent.

During service or maintenance of the affected units check for and remove caps or any

other obstruction that may impede venting.
