SPRAYER CONTROLS AND OPERATION Refer to the Operator’s Manual for the proper controls, operation, maintenance, safety precautions, safety warnings, personal safely procedures, pesticide first ald, and replacement parts list. SAFETY AND INSTRUCTION DECALS The following safety and instruction decals are installed on the Adapter Kit. If any become damaged or legible. replace them. ASSEMBLY 1. Drain and flush the sprayer tank with clean water, 2. Disconnect the pressure and suction lines from the spray pump at the quick couplets and the tankful assembly from the host vehicle. NOTE: For easier set-up and installation, keep the Tank/Skid Assembly suspended until mounting on the Workman Vehicle, 3. With the tank/skid assembly suspended above the vehicle frame, remove the (2) pivot brackets from the rear of the tank/skid assembly and discard.
13. Remove the 4 bolts that attach the PTO protective shield to the rear of the Workman vehicle. DO NOT DISCARD BOLTS OR COVER Reinstall the (4) bolts in the mounting holes in the vehicle frame. Mount the PTO shield to the engine cover using the (2) thumb screws provided. 14, Remove the spray pump assembly from the host vehicle and set it on a clean work surface. 15. Remove the (3} carriage bolts and wing nuts securing the belt cover to the pump. Remove the two belt cover halves from the pump and discard.
and pulleys and secure with the (3) carriage bolts and wing nuts removed earlier. 26, Install the pump assembly on the PTO output shaft of the Workman vehicle, securing in place with the quick couplet. 27. Lower and place the tank/skid assembly on the vehicle frame. Secure it to the vehicle frame by sliding the (2) 3/4" dia. clevis pins through the rear pivot lugs and the vehicle frame.
