Note:Theplasticnutonthetankdrainshould

betightenedwhennotinusetopreventleaksat

thedrainhandle.

3.Fillthetankwithatleast50USgallons(190L)of

cleanfreshwaterandclosethecover.

Note:Youcanuseacleaning/neutralizingagentin

thewaterasneeded.Onthenalrinse,useonly

clean,clearwater.

4.Starttheengine.

5.WiththeshiftleverintheNeutralposition,engage

thePTO,andsetthehandthrottle.

6.EnsurethattheagitationcontrolvalveisintheOn

position.

7.Setthemasterboomswitchandboomcontrol

switchestotheOnpositionstobeginspraying.

8.Allowallofthewaterinthetanktosprayout

thoughthenozzles.

9.Checkthenozzlestoensurethattheyareall

sprayingcorrectly.

10.SetthemasterboomswitchtotheOffposition,

disengagethePTO,andstoptheengine.

11.Repeatsteps3through10atleast2moretimesto

ensurethatthespraysystemisfullycleaned.

12.Cleanthestrainer;refertoCleaningtheSuction

StrainerinCleaning(page46).

Important:Ifyouusedwetablepowder

chemicals,cleanthestraineraftereachtank.

13.Usingagardenhose,sprayofftheoutsideofthe

sprayerwithcleanwater.

14.Removethenozzlesandcleanthembyhand.

Replacedamagedorwornnozzles.
