Operator's Manual

1. Using a lift, raise the tank skid assembly and
position o v er the v ehicle frame with the pump
and v alv e assemblies facing rearw ard.
2. T ur n the prop rod 90° and guide it through the
prop rod suppor t ( Figure 17 ) as the tank skid
is slo wly lo w ered.

3. Once the prop rod is through the suppor t
assembly , tur n the prop rod 90° to retain it
within the suppor t and contin ue to lo w er the
tank skid assembly to the v ehicle frame .
4. Use the access panels on both sides of the
tank skid to c hec k for pinc hing of any hoses
or wiring ( Figure 18 ).

Important: If an y hoses or wiring on
the tank skid assembl y ar e being pinched
or bent, raise the assembl y up , adjust its
positioning , and tie items back.
5. Line up the pi v ot lug at the rear of the tank
skid assembly with the opening at the end of
the v ehicle frame ( Figure 19 ).

6. Install a clevis pin (3/4 inc h) and tw o lync h
pins to the pi v ot lug to secure the tank
assembly to frame ( Figure 19 ).
7. R e peat on the opposite side .
8. Attac h the pump dri v e:

Pull rearw ard on the r ubber co wling of the
front of the PTO dri v e shaft ( Figure 20 ).
Install the dri v e shaft onto the PTO output
shaft ( Figure 20 ).
