T he Spra y Pro monitor has a calibration mode that
allo ws y ou to c hang e v arious settings to customize
the displa y and calibrate the monitor to y our needs .
Y ou can calibrate or c hang e the follo wing settings:
• Boom Width
• Units of Measure
• Speed
• Flo wmeter
Setting the Boom Width
T he default settings for the boom widths are 80
inc hes (200 cm) for the right and left booms and
60 (150 cm) for the center boom. T his is based on
4 nozzles on the right and left booms and 3 on
the center boom all spaced 20 inc hes (50.8 cm)
apar t. If y ou c hang e the spacing of the nozzles ,
y ou should c hang e the boom width to reflect y our
c hang es as follo ws:
1. Stop the spra yer and set the parking brak e .
2. Set the master boom switc h to the Off
position. T he monitor displa ys “HOLD”.
3. Press and hold the Calibrate button until the
monitor displa ys “CAL HOLD” and the red
light on the monitor illuminates .
4. T ur n the selection dial to the T otal Area
position.
5. Use the Increase or Decrease calibration
buttons to select the boom for whic h y ou wish
to c hang e the width, where 1 is the left boom,
2 is the center boom, and 3 is the right boom.
6. T ur n the selection dial to the Sub Area
position.
7. Use the Increase or Decrease calibration
buttons to c hang e the boom width as needed.
8. R e peat ste ps 4 through 7 for the other booms
as needed.
9. Press the Calibrate button until the red light
tur ns off . Y ou can also exit the calibration
mode b y dri ving the spra yer .
