1.Positionthesprayeronalevelsurface,settheparking
brake,stopthepump,stoptheengine,andremovethe
ignitionkey.
2.Extendtheboomstothespraypositionandsupport
theboomsusingstandsorstrapsfromalift.
3.Withtheweightoftheboomsupported,remove
theboltandnutsecuringthepivotpintotheboom
assembly(
Figure53).Removethepivotpin.

thecenterframetoaccessthenylonbushings.
5.Removeandinspectthenylonbushingsfromthefront
andbacksidesofthepivotbracket(Figure53).Replace
anydamagedbushings.

installthemintopivotbracket.
7.Installtheboomandpivotbracketassemblyintothe
centerframe,aligningtheopenings(
