Installation 5. Mount the access cover to the spreader frame with 4 washer head screws (Figure 1). Note: Install the High Flow Hydraulic Control Kit to the vehicle before installing the spreader base. Refer to the Installation Instructions included with the kit. 6. Install the 2 straight fittings and O-rings to the motor (Figure 1). 7. Connect the front hose fittings and O-rings to the straight fittings on the motor (Figure 1). 1. 22. Secure the support tube to the vehicle frame with 2 pins and 4 lynch pins (Figure 6). 27. Lubricate the drive shaft grease fitting with general purpose lithium base grease. Grease it after every 50 hours of operation. 23. Secure the spreader frame mounting tabs to the attachment mounting brackets with 2 bolts, washers, and nuts (Figure 6). Torque all fasteners to 75 ft-lb (102 N-m). 28. Mount the drive shaft cover to the spreader frame tabs with 4 washer head screws (Figure 1). 29.
