assembly.

Lock nut (1/2 inch)

Flow meter bracket

Install the ow meter mount.

Step Step 1 2 Preparing the Machine Replacing the Frame Uprights. No Parts Required Parts needed for this step: Procedure 1 1 2 2 2 1. Park the sprayer on a ﬂat surface, lower the booms, set the parking brake (if installed), stop the engine, and remove the key. 2. Empty the contents of the tank. Refer to the Operator’s Manual for more information.

Using a plastic or rubber mallet, tap the upright to back the frame out (Figure 5). Repeat steps 3 and 4 until the boom frame upright breaks free. Important: Do not loosen the frame bolt more than three turns at a time.

If the boom is not level the boom mount can be moved accordingly.

Install the angle bracket to the mount extender using a bolt (1/2 x 1-1/4 inches) and lock nut (1/2 inch). It is recommended the bracket be install so that it extends outward, away from the vehicle. However, due to optional attachments layouts on the machine this kit is being installed on, the bracket can be ﬂipped and installed both ways as shown in Figure 14.
