The3-positionswitchremainsintheuppositionuntil
youmoveittothecenterorNEUTRALposition.When
theswitchisintheNEUTRALpositionthepowerisnot
suppliedtothepumpandtherinsekitisOFF.
Note:Ifyouareoperatinga2015andbefore
machine,thelightonthe3-positionswitchremains
shutoffintheNEUTRALposition.
Operatingthe3-PositionSwitchforaManually
ControlledRinse
Pressingdownthe3-positionswitchenergizesa
momentaryswitch.Powerissuppliedtothepumpfor
onlyforthedurationwhiletheswitchishelddown.
Note:Ifyouhavea2015andbeforemachine,the
3-positionswitchilluminatesandthepumprunswhile
youholdtheswitchintheDOWNposition.
Releasepressureandthe3-positionswitchmovesto
theNEUTRALposition.Powertothepumpisshutoff.
Note:Ifyouhavea2015andbeforemachine,the
lightinthe3-positionswitchshutsoff.
FillingtheTank
Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,engagethe
parkingbrake,shutoffthesprayerpump,shutoffthe
engine,andremovethekey.
Removetherinsetankcap,llthetankwith
approximately113L(30gallons)withcleanwater,
andinstallthecap.
Important:The113L(30gallon)rinsetankis
onlyintendedtobelledwithcleanwater.The
introductionofanyothersubstancetotherinse
tankcancauseasafetyhazardand/ordamage
themachine.
UsingtheRinseCycle
Oncetherinse-tankpumphasmoved38L(10US
gallons)ofwaterintothesprayertank,theusercan
usetheagitationswitchattheirdisposaltoputthe
cleanwaterintotheagitationloop.Oncenished,the
rinsatecanbesprayedoutoftheboomnozzlesor
manuallydrainedfromtank.Thisallowsthemachine
tomoveduringtherinseprocesses.
1.Turnontherinse-tankpumpbyperforming1of
thefollowing:
•Pressup3-positionswitchforatimedrinse.
•Pressandholddownthe3-positionswitch
foradesiredduration.
2.Oncetherinse-tankpumphasmoved38L(10
USgallons)ofwaterintothesprayertank,use
theagitationswitchtocirculatethecleanwater
throughtheagitationloop.
3.Pumptherinsateoutofthesprayertankas
requiredbyfederal,state,andlocalregulations
byperforming1ofthefollowing:
•Spraytherinsatethroughtheboomsuntilthe
sprayertankisempty.
•Drainingthesprayertankcontentsintoa
suitablecontaineranddisposingofthe
dilutedsolutionasrequiredbyfederal,state,
orlocalregulations.
Therinsecyclecanberepeatedagainasnecessary
for2moretimedrinsecycles.
