DescriptionofOperation
Operatingthe3-PositionSwitchforaTimedRinse
Pressingthe3-positionswitchUPstartsatimedrinse.The
pumprunsfor110secondsanditpumpsapproximately1/3
oftherinsetankcontentsintothemaintank.Duringthis
timetheswitchstaysintheupposition
Note:Ifyouareoperatinga2015andbeforemachine,the
lightonthe3-positionswitchwillilluminatetoindicatethat
thepumpisrunning.
After110seconds,thepumpstopsrunning.
Note:Ifyouareoperatinga2015andbeforemachine,light
onthe3-positionswitchshutsofftoindicatethatpowerto
thepumpisshutoff.
The3-positionswitchremainsintheuppositionuntilyou
moveittothecenterorNEUTRALposition.Whentheswitch
isintheNEUTRALpositionthepowerisnotsuppliedtothe
pumpandtherinsekitisOFF.
Note:Ifyouareoperatinga2015andbeforemachine,
thelightonthe3-positionswitchremainsshutoffinthe
NEUTRALposition.
Operatingthe3-PositionSwitchforaManually
ControlledRinse
Pressingthe3-positionswitchDOWNenergizesamomentary
switch.Powerissuppliedtothepumpforonlyforthe
durationwhiletheswitchishelddown.
Note:Ifyouhavea2015andbeforemachine,the3-position
switchilluminatesandthepumprunswhileyouholdthe
switchintheDOWNposition.
Releasepressureandthe3-positionswitchmovestothe
NEUTRALposition.Powertothepumpisshutoff.
Note:Ifyouhavea2015andbeforemachine,thelightin
the3-positionswitchshutsoff.
FillingtheTank
Positionthesprayeronalevelsurface,settheparkingbrake,
shutoffthesprayerpump,shutofftheengine,andremove
thekeyfromthekeyswitch.
Removetherinsetankcapandllthetankwithapproximately
113L(30gallons)withcleanwater.Replacethecap
Important:The113L(30gallon)rinsetankisonly
intendedtobelledwithcleanwater.Theintroduction
ofanyothersubstancetotherinsetankcancausea
safetyhazardand/ordamagethemachine.
UsingtheRinseCycle
Oncetherinse-tankpumphasmoved38L(10USgallons)
ofwaterintothesprayertank,theusercanusetheagitation
switchattheirdisposaltoputthecleanwaterintothe
agitationloop.Oncenished,therinsatecanbesprayedout
oftheboomnozzlesormanuallydrainedfromtank.This
allowsthemachinetomoveduringtherinseprocesses.
1.Turnontherinse-tankpumpbyperforming1ofthe
following:
•Pressup3-positionswitchforatimedrinse.
•Pressandholddownthe3-positionswitchfora
desiredduration.
2.Oncetherinse-tankpumphasmoved38L(10US
gallons)ofwaterintothesprayertank,usetheagitation
switchtocirculatethecleanwaterthroughtheagitation
loop.
3.Pumptherinsateoutofthesprayertankasrequiredby
federal,state,andlocalregulationsbyperforming1
ofthefollowing:
•Spraytherinsatethroughtheboomsuntilthe
sprayertankisempty.
•Drainingthesprayertankcontentsintoasuitable
containeranddisposingofthedilutedsolutionas
requiredbyfederal,state,orlocalregulations.
Therinsecyclecanberepeatedagainasnecessaryfor2more
timedrinsecycles.
