Installation Instructions

1. Move the machine to a level surface.

2. Stop the engine, move the speed selector lever to

Neutral, engage the parking brake and wait for all

moving parts to stop before leaving the operating

position.

3. Remove the plug from the fitting on the right side of

the machine (Fig. 1).

4. Apply thread sealant to the threads on the 90 fitting

of the assembled fittings (Fig. 2).

5. Thread the 90 fitting of the assembly into the fitting

on the machine. Orient the fitting as shown in figure 3.

6. Locate the (2) weld nuts on the right side of the

machine. Mount the wand tube to the machine with (2)

5/16 x 3/4 in. socket head screws. Position the tube as

shown in figure 4. Torque the screws to 7–9 ft–lb.

Thread the 90 fitting of the assembly into the fitting on the machine. Orient the fitting as shown in figure 3. 2. Remove the plug from the fitting on the right side of the machine (Fig. 1).

7. Remove the upper flange bolt and nut securing the right end of the handle to the machine (Fig. 5). 11. Hook the upper arm of the right hose retainer under the handle tube while securing the loop end and the handle to the machine with a new 3/8 x 1/2 in. flange bolt and the previously removed nut (Fig. 6). 12. Remove the retaining nut to install or reposition the nozzle.

13. Insert the hand wand into the wand tube and hook the wand handle onto the upper arm of the hose retainer (Fig. 10). Figure 10 14. Wrap the hose around the hose retainers. Secure the hose to each retainer with the rubber hold downs (Fig. 10).
