•Ifthetowvehiclestopswhilegoinguphill,back
slowlydownhill.Donotattempttoturn.
•Neveroperatethedebrisblowerwhenitisnot
connectedtoatowvehicle.
•Practiceoperatingtheblower.Itisadvisabletoblow
thesamedirectionthewindisblowingtoprevent
materialfromblowingbackintotheclearedarea.
•Bealert,slowdownandusecautionwhenmaking
turns.Lookbehindandtothesidebeforechanging
directions.
•Beawareoftheblowernozzledirectionanddonot
pointitatanyone.
•Usecarewhenapproachingblindcorners,shrubs,
trees,orotherobjectsthatmayobscurevision.
•Reduceyourspeedwhenmakingsharpturnsand
whenturningonhillsides
•Beforebackingup,looktotherearandensurethat
nooneisbehindthemachine.
•Donotruntheengineinordirecttheblowernozzle
intoaconnedareawithoutadequateventilation.
Exhaustfumesarehazardousandcouldpossibly
bedeadly.
•Runtheengineatfullthrottlewhenoperating.
•Adjustthenozzleopeningsoitblowsunderthe
debris.
•Usecautionwhenblowingaroundnewlyplanted
sodastheforceoftheaircoulddisruptthegrass.
•Donotuseonhighways.
•Stayawayfromthenozzleopeningwhenthe
machineisoperating.Keepallbystandersaway
fromthenozzleopeninganddon’tdirectdischarge
towardbystanders.
•Ifthetowvehicleenginestallsorthemachineloses
headwayandcannotmakeittothetopofaslope,
donotturnthemachinearound.Alwaysbackthe
towvehicleslowlystraightdowntheslope.
•Donottakeaninjuryrisk!Whenapersonorpet
appearsunexpectedlyinorneartheoperatingarea,
stopoperation.Carelessoperation,combinedwith
terrainangles,ricochets,orimproperlypositioned
guardscanleadtothrownobjectinjuries.Donot
resumeoperationuntiltheareaiscleared.
•Donotexceed20mphwhentransportingblower.
•Donottouchtheengineormuferwhiletheengine
isrunningorsoonafteritisstopped.Theseareas
couldbehotenoughtocauseaburn.
Important:Raisethenozzlebeforetransporting
theblower.Ifthenozzleisleftinthedownposition
duringtransport,thenozzlemaycontactthe
groundanddamagetothenozzlemayoccur.
Note:Intheunlikelyeventofamajorstaticelectrical
dischargeevent,thecontrollermaylowertheengine
speedtolowidle.Fullspeedcanberestoredbypressing
thefast(rabbit)buttononremotecontrol.
