Lubrication

LubricatingtheProPass

•Useanautomotive,all-purposegrease.

•Lubricateregularly,after25hoursofnormal

operation.

•Lubricatedailywhenoperatinginextremelydusty

anddirtyconditions.

•Lubricateallbearings,bushings,andchains.

LubricationProcedure

SeveralgreasettingsarelocatedontheProPassandthe

tow-behindchassis(Figure45,Figure46andFigure47).

1.Cleanthegreasettings.

2.Pumpthegreaseintothebearingsandthebushings.

3.Cleanofftheexcessgrease.

4.Cleanandrepackthewheelbearingseveryyearor

every300hoursofoperation

•Checkforexcessivewearorvisibledamage.

•Checkthatthewheelboltsaretightandnoneare

missing.
