Toadjustthespinnerspeed(Figure44),use
aat-headscrewdrivertoincreasebyturning
clockwiseordecreasebyturningcounter
clockwise.
Note:Ifadjustingwiththehydraulicowactive,
ensurethattheooristurnedoffifyoudonotwishto
havesandbeingspreadasyouadjust.
Onceyoursettingsareacceptable,usethehydraulic
owcontrolonyourtowvehicletoturnthesystem
onandoffforoperation.
KeyFunctionalityElements
Whenyouturnthehandheldremoteon,the
displayshouldreadFLROFFandOPTOFFin
approximately5seconds.Ifthewords“waitingfor
base”areinthedisplay,checktoensurethereis
electricalpowertothebaseunitandensurethe
E-STOPbuttononthebaseunitisout.
Thereisalwaysacurrentworkingmemory.This
isnotthesameasapreset.Thelastsavedwork
settingswillbeinthecurrentworkingmemory
whenyouturnthehandheldremoteon.
Operationalsequenceofthehandheldremote
startbuttons:
Pressingastartbuttononce(ALLSTART,
FLOORSTART,orOPTIONSTART)callsupthe
currentworkingmemorysettingstoredinthe
handheldremote.
Bypressingthesamestartbuttonasecond
time,thecomponentturnsonifthehydraulics
areengaged(itshowsnumbersrampingupin
thedisplay).
Pressingthesamestartbuttonathirdtime
willstorethenewsettingestablishedinthe
remote’sworkingmemory.
Afterpressingastartbuttononcetoviewthe
currentworkingmemorysettinginanon-working
mode,thereisapproximately10secondstobegin
adjustingthesettingortheelementwillrevertback
tooff.Inaworkingmode,the10secondruledoes
notapply.
Toprogramapreset,youmusthavetheelements
activatedorengagedrst.
Tooperatefromapreset,theyoumusthave
elementspeedpercentagesinthedisplayto
activateorengagethem.IfthewordOFFisinthe
display,youmustrecallthepreset.
