systemthattakestheguess-workoutofsettingupyour
TopDresser.Simplychooseyourspread,identifythe
colorandthenadjusteachsettingtomatchthatcolorto
getaperfectspreadeverytime.
1.ChooseYourSpread
Thesystemstartswiththemainoperationdecalfound
onthetailgateoftheProPass(Figure18).

colorrepresentsadifferentrateofapplicationfrom
Ultra-LightthroughUltra-Heavy.

2.CheckYourBlades
Note:TheTopDresserisshippedwiththespinner
bladesintheBposition.
Thelighterspreads(bluepanel)remindtheoperatorto
ensurethespinnerbladesareinAposition(Figure20).

WhenthebladesareintheAposition,theinside
bolts(closesttothecenterofthedisc)aretightto
thebladewallandtheoutsidebolts(closesttothe
edgeofthedisc)areawayfromthebladewall.
Thisiscriticalasthispositionisengineeredtogive
theoptimumspreadanddistributionathighspeedsand
lowsandvolume.
Forheaviersettings(goldpanel)thebladesshouldbein
theBpositiontoprovidethebestdistributionathigher
volumesandslowerdiscspeeds(
Figure21).

WhenthebladesareintheBposition,theinside
bolts(closesttothecenterofthedisc)areaway
fromthebladewallandtheoutsidebolts(closestto
theedgeofthedisc)aretighttothebladewall.
Ittakesonlyafewminutestoslidethebladesintothe
properposition–incorrectbladepositionisoneofthe
mainreasonsspreadpatternsfail.
3.SetAdjustments
Onceyouhaveselectedthedesiredspreadandensured
thebladesareproperlyadjustedtherestoftheProPass
adjustmentscanbeset.
Eachsettingisindicatedonthemachineby
correspondingcolordecals(Figure22).
