Installation 1. Remove the cargo box from the John Deere ProGator. Refer to the ProGator Operator Manual. 6. Secure the center cross member to the lift cylinder using the John Deere lift cylinder pin (Figure 3). 2. Mount the left and right inner brace tubes to the inside of the rear cross member brackets with (2) 3/8 x 1-1/4 inch bolts and 3/8 inch lock nuts, positioning as shown in Figure 1. Note: There is a left inner brace tube and a right inner brace tube 2 1 Figure 3 4 1.

17. Secure each side of the ProPass to the front cross member with (2) 5/16 x 3 inch bolts, .344 I.D. flat washers and flange lock nuts (Figure 6 ). 12. Attach a lifting device to the lifting bracket bolted inside the hopper assembly (Figure 5). Note: To ease the assembly of the front bolts, the drive guards may be removed or the mounting bolts may be installed from the bottom up. 18.
