BEFORE OPERATING ATTACH AERATOR 75TH TOR GROUNDS MASTER (Fig. 1) 1. Remove aerator from shipping crate. 2. Brace the aerator in front of the GROUNDS MASTER. 3. Slide the aerator toward the Grounds master until the lift arms of the Grounds master hit the stops of the pivot frame of the aerator.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS BEGIN AERATING 1. Start Grounds master engine and run ata low Rpm. 2. Run Groundsman engine to 1100 RPM. 3. Slowly lower the aerator as the Grounds master is moving forward at a slow speed. 4. Once aerating has begun increase the speed of the Grounds master. IMPORTANT: Turf damage could result if aerator is run in reverse or turned sharper than a 30 ft. diameter while tines are in the ground. LUBRICATION BEARINGS (Fig.

STORAGE 1. Thoroughly clean the aerator. 2. Check all fasteners for looseness: tighten as necessary. 3. Lubricate bearings. Wipe off excess lubricant. {See Lubrication, pg. 7} 4. Check the condition of the tines. Replace any broken tees. Tighten all hardware attaching the tings to the tine plates. 5. Clean all cores from the inside of the tens to prevent piing of the tine.
