12.Securethedamperplateandlinkagerodtothetransmissioncontrolarm
(item5inFigure32)withthebolts,atwashers,spacers,andlocknuts.
13.Securethedamper(item3inFigure32)tothedamperplatewiththelock
washerandhexnut.
14.Removethecapsandplugsfromthehydraulichosesandttingsandconnect
thehydraulichosestothettingsonthetransmissionassembly.Tightenthe
hoseswivelnutsto32N∙m(24ft-lb).
15.Adjustthedrivechaintensionandlubricatethechain;refertotheOperator’s
Manual.Dri-slide®multi-purposelubricant(oranequivalentchainspecic
lubricant)isrecommended.
16.Fillthehydraulictankwiththecorrectquantityofnewhydraulicuid;referto
theOperator’sManual.
17.Installthetransmissioncovertothemachine;refertoTransmissionCover
(page7–58).
18.Raisethemachineontothetransportwheelsandpurgetheairfromthe
hydraulicsystem;refertoChargingtheHydraulicSystem(page5–42).
19.Checkthehydraulicuidlevelandadjustifnecessary.Checkthe
componentsforleaksandcorrectasnecessary.
20.Checkthetransmissionandmotioncontrolpedalsreturntotheneutral
operationandadjustasnecessary;refertoAdjustingtheControlPedal
ReturntoNeutralMechanism(page5–29).
