C.Tightenthesetscrewuntilthebushingislooseinthesprocket.
Note:Itmaybenecessarytotaponthesprockettoloosenthebushing.
5.Useastraightbladescrewdriverinthetaperlockbushingslottospreadthe
bushingslightlyifnecessaryandremovethetaperlockbushing,drivechain,
sprocket,andkeyfromthedriverrollershaft.
6.Removetheparkingbrakeassemblyifequipped;refertoRemovingthe
ParkingBrake(page7–30).
CAUTION
Theweightofthedriverollerassemblyisapproximately30kg(66lb).
Supportthedriverollerassemblyduringremoval.
7.Removethebolts,atwashers,andlocknutsthatsecurethebearingstothe
chassis,andremovethedriverollerassembly.
8.Retrievethesleevesfromthebearingmountingholesifequipped.
InstallingtheDriveRoller(GreensPro1240)
RefertoFigure67forthisprocedure.
Note:Machineswithserialnumberbelow315000000use16mmfastenersto
securethedriverollerbearingstothechassis.Thesemachinesdonotrequire
theuseofsleevesinthebearingmountingholes.
1.Loosenthebearingandbearingcollarsetscrews.
2.Liftthedriverollerassemblyintoposition.Drivechainmustencirclethe
driveendoftherollershaft.
3.Ifapplicable,ensurethatthesleeves(item14inFigure67)areinstalledin
eachbearinghousingmountinghole.Attachthebearingstothechassiswith
thebolts,atwashers,andlocknuts.
4.Tightenthebearingsetscrews.
