psi)beforethereliefvalveopens.
Note:Thereliefvalvesettingis16,000kPa(2,320psi).Anadditional
690to1,030kPa(100to200psi)isnecessarytoovercomethesystem
chargepressurebeforethereliefvalveopens.

H.Openthetesterowcontrolvalvefully,engagetheparkingbrake,setthe
throttletolowenginespeed,andshutofftheengine.
13.Ifeitherreliefpressurecannotbemetorisgreaterthanspecied,the
specictractionreliefvalveisdamagedandshouldbecleaned,orreplaced.
14.Aftertesting,disconnectthetesterandconnectthehydraulichosestothe
motorttings.
15.Starttheengine,checkforhydraulicuidleaks,repairanyleaksas
necessary,andllthehydraulictankwiththecorrectquantityofnewhydraulic
uidbeforereturningthemachinetoservice;refertotheOperator’sManual.
