HydraulicSystemComponents(page5–35).
5.Cleanthehydraulichoseendsandttingsbeingdisconnectedtoprevent
hydraulicsystemcontamination.
6.Drainthehydraulicuidfromthehydraulictankintoasuitablecontainer.
7.Forassemblypurposes,labelallthehosesandttings.Removethehoses
fromthettingsonthetransmissionassembly.Drainthehosesintoa
suitablecontainer.
8.Installcleancapsandplugsonthedisconnectedhosesandttingstoprevent
hydraulicsystemcontamination.
9.Onmachineswithserialnumberabove315000000,disconnectthewire
harnessconnectorfromtheneutralswitch.
10.Removethehexnutandlockwasherthatsecurethedamper(item3in
Figure32)tothedamperplate,anddisconnectthedamperfromtheplate.
11.Removethebolts,atwashers,spacers,andlocknutsthatsecurethedamper
plateandlinkagerodtothetransmissioncontrolarm(item5inFigure32).
12.Removethebolts,atwashers,locknuts,andspacersthatsecurethefan
andtransmissiondrivecollartothedrivecoupling(Figure33).
