water.

1.Clearanydebrisfromaboveandunderneath
themachine.
2.Ensurethatallscheduledmaintenancehas
beencompleted.
3.Ensurethatallguardsandcoversareinplace
andrmlyattached.
4.Checktheleveloftheengineoil.
5.Ensurethatthereisfuelinthefueltank.
6.Ensurethattheparkingbrakeisengaged.
7.Liftthetransportwheelsclearofthegroundand
ensurethattheyarelockedinplace.
CheckingtheHydraulic
HosesandFittings
ServiceInterval:Beforeeachuseordaily
Checkthehydraulicsystemforleaks,loosemounting
supports,wear,loosettings,weatherdeterioration,
andchemicaldeterioration.Makeallnecessary
repairsbeforeoperatingthemachine.
WARNING
Hydraulicuidescapingunderpressurecan
penetrateskinandcauseinjury.
•Seekimmediatemedicalattentionifuid
isinjectedintoskin.
•Makesurethatallhydraulicuidhoses
andlinesareingoodconditionandall
hydraulicconnectionsandttingsaretight
beforeapplyingpressuretothehydraulic
system.
•Keepyourbodyandhandsawayfrom
pinholeleaksornozzlesthateject
high-pressurehydraulicuid.
•Usecardboardorpapertondhydraulic
leaks.
•Safelyrelieveallpressureinthehydraulic
systembeforeperforminganyworkonthe
hydraulicsystem.
