Turnthesteeringwheel(Figure10)clockwisetoturn
themachineintheforwarddirection.
Turnthesteeringwheelcounterclockwisetoturnthe
machineintherearwarddirection.
Note:Asthedirectionchangesattheendofevery
run,youwillneedtopracticewiththemachineto
becomeaccustomedtothesteering.
Thesteeringwheelcontrolstheangleofthesmoothing
rollers,whichinturnsteerthemachine.Theamount
thewheelcanbeturnedislimited,sotheturning
radiusofthemachineislarge.
Tilt-SteeringPedal
Totiltthesteeringwheeltowardyou,pressthefoot
pedal(Figure10)down,pullthesteeringtowertoward
youtothemostcomfortableposition,andreleasethe
pedal.
MotionPedals
Thefoot-operatedmotionpedals(Figure10),located
toeithersideofthebaseofthesteeringwheel,
controlthemotionofthedriveroller.Thepedalsare
connectedsothattheycannotbothbepresseddown
