Note:Youmayhavetorelievethepressureinthe
hosesofthemachineconnectingtothetowvehicle,
toensureacompletedconnection.
Important:Whenmakingsharpturns,the
hydraulichosesmaycontactthetowvehicle
wheels.Avoidmakingsharpturns,ifnecessary,
useabungeecord(arubberstrapwithhooks
onbothends)topullbackthehosestowards
thecenter.
DisconnectingtheMH-400
fromtheTowVehicle
1.Parkthetowvehicleandthemachineondry,level
ground.
2.Settheparkingbrakeonthetowvehicle,shutoff
theengine,andremovethekey.
3.Placeblocksunderthefrontandbackofthewheels.
4.Relievethepressurefromthehydraulicsystem.
5.Disconnectthehydraulichosesandtheelectrical
connectionfromthetowvehicle.Coilandstore
themonthefrontofthemachine.
6.OnSHmodels,disconnectandremove
thecontrolpendantfordrystorage.
OnEHmodels,storethewirelesscontroller
inadrysafeplace.Makesuretheredbutton,
locatedonthevalvecoverontherearleftsideof
themachine,isdepressed.
7.Turnthefrontjackandrearjackleg90degrees
(clockwise)tothedownpositiontosupportthe
machine.
8.Liftthemachinewiththejackuntiltheweightisoff
thetowvehicle’sdrawbar.Pulloutthehitchpin.
9.Ensurethatthereisnofurtherconnectionbetween
themachineandthetowvehicle.
E-Stopbutton
WhennishedworkingwiththeMH-400,alwayspress
theE-Stopbutton(Figure20)todisabletheelectrical
system.WhenbeginningworkwiththeMH-400,you
mustpulltheE-Stopbuttonbackoutbeforeturning
onthecontroller.

theconveyorbelt.
•Toloadthemachine,pushthecontrolleveraway
fromyou.Thismovesmaterialtothefrontalong
theconveyorbelt.
•Tostoptheconveyorbelt,movethecontrolleverto
thecenterposition.
