StartorOptionStart)callsupthecurrent
workingmemorysettingstoredinthecontroller
oBypressingthesamestartbuttonasecond
timethecomponentisactivatedifthehydraulics
arenotengaged(itshowsnumbersrampingup
indisplay),orthecomponentisturnedonifthe
hydraulicsareengaged.
oPressingthesamestartbuttonathirdtime
willstorethenewsettingestablishedinthe
controller’sworkingmemory.
Afterpressingastartbuttononcetoviewthe
currentworkingmemorysettinginanon-working
mode,thereisapproximately10secondstobegin
adjustingthesettingortheelementwillrevertback
toOFF .Inaworkingmode,the10secondruleis
gone.
Toprogramapreset,thekeytorememberisthe
elementsmustbeactivatedorengaged.
Tooperatefromapreset,theelementspeed
percentagesmustbeinthedisplaytoactivateor
engagethem.IfthewordsOFFareinthedisplay,
thepresetmustberecalled.
LiquidCrystalDisplay(LCD)
Thetwoline,8characterperlineLCD(LiquidCrystal
Display)showsstatusandactivityastheRemote
buttonsarepressed.Itfeaturesuseradjustable
backlightingandcontrast.Changesaresavedinthe
Remotecurrentworkingmemory.Whentheunitis
turnedonafterbeingpowereddown,thelastsettings
forContrastandBacklightingareusedforthedisplay.

shortenthelifespanofthebatteries;thelowerthe
backlighting,thelongerthebatterylifespan.

Power
TheHandheldRemoteispoweredbyfourfactory
installed1.5VAAAlkalinebatteriesandoperates
between1.6to3.2V .Batterylifeexpectationis
approximately300hours(continuousoperation,
backlightoff),butbatterylifelongevityisaffected
byusagefactors,particularlybacklightintensity
setting—thehigherthebacklightsetting,themore
powerconsumedresultinginshorterbatterylife.
