•Checkforexcessivewearorvisibledamage.
•Checkthatthewheelboltsaretightandnoneare
missing.
RearGate
•Checkthatthereargateclosesandlatchessecurely.
•Checkthattheadjustablesectionofthereargate
opensandcloseswithoutsticking.
Hitch,Jack,andRearJackLeg
•Checkthatthehitchpinandjacksarenotdamaged,
andthesafetypinsareinplace.(Replacemissingor
damagedsafetypins.)
•Checkthatthehitchconnectionsarenotloose.(If
so,installaspacerbetweenthehitchconnections.)
•Safelystowalljacksintheuppositionbefore
traveling.
HydraulicSystem
•Checkthehydraulicsystemforoilleaks.Ifyound
aleak,tightenthetting,orreplaceorrepairthe
damagedpart.
•Checkthehydraulichosesforwearorvisibledamage.
•Checkthehydraulicoillevel.Fillupifnecessary.
ConveyorBeltandRollers
•Onceaweek,checkthattheconveyorbeltistracking
straightontherollersanddoesnotslip.Make
adjustmentsifrequired.
•Everyfourmonths,checkthattheidlerrollers
betweenthefrontandrearrollersarenotbentor
seized.Replaceorrepairifrequired.
BeltandRearGateSeals
Checkallrubbersealsforwearordamage.Replaceor
repairthesealsifanyleakageoccurs.
Options
•Checkthatthequickattachbracketsaresecurely
lockedintoplaceandthatthesafetyclipsare
installed.Replacemissingsafetyclips.
•Checkthattheoptionissecurelyclampedanddoes
notmoveorslideout.Adjustclampsifrequired.
•CheckthepaddlesontheTwinSpinnerdisksfor
wear.Replacethemwhentheywearthin.
•ChecktheTwinSpinnerhousingforsignsof
crackingorcorrosion.
SafetyDecals
Checkthatthesafetydecalsareundamagedandlegible,
otherwisereplacethem.
