1.Turnoffthetowvehicle.

themachineconveyorbelt,notthecrossconveyor.
7.Whennishingusingthecrossconveyor,alwaysreturn
ittothecenterposition.
OperatingtheSwivelKit
Todirecttheowofmaterialfromthecrossconveyorin
anydirection,pullupthespring-loadedlockingpinonthe
swivelkitintotheunlockoropenposition.Thisallowsyou
tomanuallymovethecrossconveyorfreelyfromsidetoside
ontheswivelbearing(Figure39).
Tokeepthecrossconveyorinaxedposition,release
thespring-loadedlockingpinintooneofthevelocking
positionsontheswivelkit.
Note:Whentravelingoveruneventerrain,raisethemachine
tothemaximumsafetravelingrange.Thisprovidesmore
groundclearanceforthecrossconveyor/swivel.
