downslopes.Donotcoastdownhill(applicable
onlytogear-driveunits).
UsingtheRear-JackLeg
Usetherearjacklegtosupportthemachinewhen
youdisconnectitfromthetractionunit.
SupportingtheMachinewiththe
Rear-JackLeg
1.Unloadallmaterialfromthehopper.
2.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,engagethe
parkingbrake,shutoftheengine,removethe
key,andwaitforallmovingpartstostopbefore
leavingtheoperator’sseat.
3.Chockthetires.
4.Removethejack-legpinfromtherear-jack
leg,andremovethejacklegfromthelegtube
(Figure22).
