UnloadingMaterial
WARNING
Themachineiscapableofamputatinghands
andfeet.
Keepyourhandsandfeetawayfromthe
conveyorandoptionalattachmentswhenthe
machineisoperatingandwhenthetraction
unitisrunning.
WARNING
Unloadingthemachinewhenitisnot
connectedtothetowvehiclemaycausethe
loadtoshiftandthemachinetotipover.
Ensurethatthemachineisconnectedtothe
towvehiclebeforeunloading.
Donotstandbehindthemachinewhenunloading.
Donotunloadthemachinewhileitisonaslope.
BulkUnloading
1.Backthemachineintothelocationwhereyou
wantthematerialdeposited.
2.Releasethereargatelatchesandturnonthe
conveyorbelt.
3.Ifdesired,raisetherearofthemachine.This
unloadsmaterialatadifferentangle,andallows
quickunloadingoftheentireload.
ControlledUnloading
1.Closethereargatelatches.
2.Usethejackhandletoopenorclosethe
adjustablesectionofthereargate(Figure
43andFigure44).Thisrestrictstheowof
materialswhenusinganoption.
Important:Usetheadjustablesectionof
thereargateonlywhenunloadingmaterial
smallerthan1inch(25mm)indiameter,
suchassandorgravel.
Important:Openthereargatecompletelyif
materialdoesnotowthroughtheadjustable
section.Testeachnewmaterialrst.
