ServiceInterval:Beforeeachuseordaily
1.Checkthetireairpressureis172kPa(25psi)
for84cm(33inch)tiresand207kPa(30psi)for
81cm(32inch)tires,orasrecommendedby
thetiremanufacturer.
2.Checkthetiresforexcessivewearorvisible
damage.
3.Checkthatthewheelboltsaretight,andnone
aremissing.
ChangingTires
ChanginganOutsideTire
1.Engagetheparkingbrakeofthetractionunit.
2.Removeanyoptionalattachmentsfromthe
machine.
3.Removeallmaterialfromthehopper.
4.Chockthetiresattheoppositesideofthe
damagedtire.
5.Loosenthe6lugnutsontheattire,butdonot
removethem.
6.Hoistorjackthemachineuntilthetireisoffthe
oororground,andsupportthemachinewith
jackstands.
Ensurethatthemachineisstable.
7.Removethelooselugnutsandremovethetire.
8.Repairorreplacethedamagedtire.
9.Installthewheelontothemachinebyreversing
theabovesteps.
Note:Ensurethatthewheeliscenteredonthe
hubandallsixwheelboltsaretight.T orqueina
crossoverpatternto135N∙m(100ft-lb).

Important:Keepthemachineattachedtothe
tractionunit.
1.Engagetheparkingbrakeofthetractionunit.
2.Removeanyoptionalattachmentsfromthe
machine.
3.Removeallmaterialfromthehopper.
