ndaleak,tightenthetting,orreplaceorrepair
thedamagedpart.
•Checkthehydraulichosesforwearorvisible
damage.
•Checkthehydraulicoillevel.Fillupifnecessary.
ConveyorBeltandRollers
•Onceaweek,checkthattheconveyorbeltis
trackingstraightontherollersanddoesnotslip.
Makeadjustmentsifrequired.
•Everyfourmonths,checkthattheidlerrollers
betweenthefrontandrearrollersarenotbentor
seized.Replaceorrepairifrequired.
BeltandRearGateSeals
Checkallrubbersealsforwearordamage.Replace
orrepairthesealsifanyleakageoccurs.
Options
•Checkthatthequickattachbracketsaresecurely
lockedintoplaceandthatthesafetyclipsare
installed.Replacemissingsafetyclips.
•Checkthattheoptionissecurelyclampedand
doesnotmoveorslideout.Adjustclampsif
required.
•CheckthepaddlesontheTwinSpinnerdisksfor
wear.Replacethemwhentheywearthin.
•ChecktheTwinSpinnerhousingforsignsof
crackingorcorrosion.

Checkthatthesafetydecalsareundamagedand
legible,otherwisereplacethem.
ElectricBrakes
•Onceamonth,conductasimplevisualinspection
ofyourbrakeshoesandlinings.
•Inspectandserviceyourelectricbrakesoncea
year.

qualityhydraulicuid.Checkthelevelofhydraulicoil
beforethemachineisrststartedanddailythereafter.

ChanginganOutsideTire
1.Keepthemachineattachedtothetowvehicle,
removeanyoptions,andapplytheemergency
brake.
2.Removeallmaterialfromthehopper.
3.Blockthetiresontheoppositesideoftheat
tire.
4.Loosenthesixwheelboltsontheattirewitha
lugwrench,butdonotremovethem.
5.Hoistorjackthemachineuntilthetireisoff
theoororground.Ensurethatthemachineis
stable.
6.Removetheloosewheelboltsandremovethe
tire.
7.Repairthedamagedtire.
8.Reinstallthetireontothemachinebyreversing
theabovesteps.
Note:Ensurethatthewheeliscenteredonthe
hubandallsixwheelboltsaretight.T orqueina
crossoverpatternto135N-m(100ft-lb).
ChanginganInsideTire
1.Keepthemachineattachedtothetowvehicle,
removeanyoptions,andapplytheemergency
brake.
2.Removeallmaterialfromthehopper.
