LoadingMaterial
Loadthemachinefromthetoporfromtherear.
Formostmaterials,suchassandorgravel,youcan
useafront-endbucketloader.Formaterialssuchas
landscapingtimbersorfertilizerbags,loadfromthe
rearbyplacingthematerialontheconveyorbeltand
settingthehydraulicsintheloadposition.
Youmayneedtoremovethereargateforeasier
access.
Ifsacksofmaterialarebeingused,emptythesacks
intotheloader’sbucketbeforeloadingthematerial
intothehopper.Toensurestability,distributetheload
evenly,fronttobackandsidetoside.
UnloadingMaterial
WARNING
Donotstandbehindthemachinewhile
unloading.
BulkUnloading
1.Backthemachineintothelocationwhereyou
wantthematerialdeposited.
2.Releasethereargatelatchesandturnonthe
conveyorbelt.
3.Ifdesired,raisetherearofthemachine.This
unloadsmaterialatadifferentangle,andallows
quickunloadingoftheentireload.
ControlledUnloading
1.Closethereargatelatches.
2.Usethejackhandletoopenorclosethe
adjustablesectionofthereargate(Figure
38andFigure39).Thisrestrictstheowof
materialswhenusinganoption.
CAUTION
Usetheadjustablesectionoftherear
gateonlywhenunloadingmaterial
smallerthan1inch(25mm)indiameter,
suchassandorgravel.
CAUTION
Openthereargatecompletelyifmaterial
willnotowthroughtheadjustable
