ConveyorBeltandRollers
Onceaweek,checkthattheconveyorbeltis
trackingstraightontherollersanddoesnotslip.
Makeadjustmentsifrequired.
Every4months,checkthattheidlerrollers
betweenthefrontandrearrollersarenotbentor
seized.Replaceorrepairifrequired.
BeltandRearGateSeals
Checkallrubbersealsforwearordamage.Replace
orrepairthesealsifanyleakageoccurs.

Checkthatthequickattachbracketsaresecurely
lockedintoplaceandthatthesafetyclipsare
installed.Replacemissingsafetyclips.

wear.Replacethemwhentheywearthin.

legible,otherwisereplacethem.

Onceamonth,conductasimplevisualinspection
ofyourbrakeshoesandlinings.
Inspectandserviceyourelectricbrakesoncea
year.

qualityhydraulicuid.Checkthelevelofhydraulicoil
beforethemachineisrststartedanddailythereafter.

1.Keepthemachineattachedtothetowvehicle,
removeanyoptions,andapplytheemergency
brake.
2.Removeallmaterialfromthehopper.
3.Blockthetiresontheoppositesideoftheat
tire.
4.Loosenthe6wheelboltsontheattirewitha
lugwrench,butdonotremovethem.
5.Hoistorjackthemachineuntilthetireisoff
theoororground.Ensurethatthemachineis
stable.
6.Removetheloosewheelboltsandremovethe
tire.
7.Repairthedamagedtire.
8.Installthetireontothemachinebyreversingthe
abovesteps.
Note:Ensurethatthewheeliscenteredonthe
hubandall6wheelboltsaretight.Torqueina
crossoverpatternto135N-m(100ft-lb).
ChanginganInsideTire
1.Keepthemachineattachedtothetowvehicle,
removeanyoptions,andapplytheemergency
brake.
2.Removeallmaterialfromthehopper.
